'channel OWO' (shot by Oye Diran)

In preparation for this new season in my artistry I had a photoshoot with the talented Nigerian photographer (and friend) Oye Diran. In this shoot, I call 'channel OWO', I wanted to evoke the beauty of simplicity, form, and texture. The gutsy, courageous, and gritty attributes of burnt orange serve as a bold backdrop to my subtlety. While the cool grey background is a healthy contrast showcasing the structured designs I wore. I truly enjoyed working on this concept and shoot with talented creatives across the diaspora. Make sure you check them out!
